In the Resonanzwerk, one of the best locations for fans of the harder sounds in Oberhausen and the Ruhr area, there is finally something going on again in August. Managing director Björn Bialowons and his team welcome some well-known bands from the Metal scene after many months in which this popular concert venue also had to endure a corona-related dry spell. But Rock and Alternative will definitely not come short this month either.
Of course, all in compliance with the applicable hygiene regulations and contact restrictions. That means: More than 160 visitors are not possible and the shows will all take place with seats. This may sound strange to some die-hard heavy metal fans at first, but the organizers promise a good atmosphere despite the still extraordinary trappings.
Concert is nearly sold out
Today, Friday, August 6th, the resonance work is almost filled to the last place. On Wednesday, just 15 tickets were still available for the concert by the group Fools Errant from Duisburg. According to the Resonanzwerk, visitors can look forward to Blues-inspired rock and Rock’n Roll, enriched with modern elements from Hard Rock, Metal, Pop and Post-Grunge.
If you still want to try your luck at the box office: Tickets there cost 19 euros – if they are still available. Doors open at 19 o’clock. It starts at 8 p.m.
